Savitha Ramesh, is the Promoter and Chairperson of our Company. She has been a part of our Company since 1996. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras. She has approx. 25 years of experience in electronic manufacturing services industry. She is responsible for the overall implementation of the process and controls across the Company.

Ramesh Kunhikannan, is the Promoter and Executive Vice Chairman. He has been a part of our Company since its inception in 1988. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore. He has 33 years of experience in electronic manufacturing services industry

Dr. Muthukumar Narayanaswamy, is the Managing Director. He has 37 years of diverse experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Sustainable Business Strategy, and Technology Transformation. He holds MSc in Applied Sciences – Rubber Technology from Anna University, MBA in International Marketing from Thiagarajar School of Management and PhD in Operations Management from Annamalai University.

Jairam Paravastu Sampath, is the Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer. He has been a part of our Company since 2011 and is currently leading the finance and strategy functions of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, finance and sales & marketing.

PoornimaRanganath is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. [She is a law graduate from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She has [29] years of experience in corporate and commercial laws, human resource laws & management, women issues and matters relating to harassment of women at workplace & assisting the management in dealing with such issues, general contract laws, assistance in contract negotiations, real estate deals, general legal advice. She is the founder and managing partner at Law Assist, a full-service law firm advising clients on corporate laws, contract negotiations, human resource laws with special focus on foreign companies operating in India.

Heinz Moitzi is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He has 42 years of experience Electrical Engineering was the member of the Regional Committee of the Chamber of Commerce, Leoben until the end of 2021, Austrian and Styrian Electronic Organization until the end of 2021, Austrian Silicon Alps and Supervisory Board Green wood power since beginning of July 2021 Headquarter Brunn am Gebirge, Austria and Bord steady sense since beginning 2021. He was awarded for special economic Services to the Republic of Austria – Councilor of Commerce - December 6th, 2019. He was advisor for USound Headquarter since 2019 one of the 3 leading companies worldwide for mems loudspeakers.

S G Murali is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Madras University and is a associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.He has extensive experience in Finance. He was the Group CFO for TVS Motor Co. He was also associated with Voltas and Unilever group

Koshy Alexander is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He is an associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University, He has approx. 34 years of experience in finance. He was previously associated with Bharat Electronics Limited as Director (Finance).

Sajan Anandaraman is head of Commercial and Corporate Affairs. He has been part of our company since 1995. He is an Engineering Graduate from University of Calicut. In 2010, he has Completed Executive General Management Program from IIM-B. In his twenty-five years of experience in our company and has been holding various functions like Business Management System & Audit, Commercial Operations, Export & Import, Indirect Taxation, MIS and Management Audit.
